Paid and bonus credit form one account balance, spendable only on EQR. Bonus credit does not expire, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Top-ups are €5–€150 per transaction and the funded balance is capped at €150; a refund returns what you paid and removes the bonus granted with it, and only while the balance from that top-up is wholly unspent. Why we call them eternal
Your QR stays alive even if we don't.
"Eternal" is the paid tier for QR codes that need recovery, not a claim about every free code. Eternal records are anchored to Base mainnet and you can download the key that decrypts your last anchored destination — neither of those is something our hosting, or our domain renewal, can take away from you.

Permanence is not a domain registration
A rented shortlink dies with its renewal. The two things that recover an Eternal code sit on a public chain and on your disk, not on a bill we have to keep paying.

Encrypted destinations for the paid Eternal tier live on Base mainnet.

You can export your recovery key
One download lets you recover the last anchored destination without Eternal QR servers.
EQR does not sell, exchange, custody or transfer cryptocurrency and does not issue tokens or NFTs. Blockchain is used solely as an immutable, encrypted storage and verification layer.
